WK5.10 Applying for accreditation (to 04/07/2022)

1. Applications for labour hire employer accreditation under the Essential Skills instructions must be made on or before 30 June 2021 (see note).
2. Applications for labour hire employer accreditation must be made on the Labour Hire Employer Accreditation Application (INZ 1227) form and accompanied by documents which demonstrate that the employer meets the requirements for accreditation set out at WK5.1(b).
3. A fee is payable for an application for labour hire employer accreditation. A lower fee is payable for annual renewal of accreditation.

Note: Applications received on or before 30 June 2021 will continue to be processed. Applications received after this date will not be accepted.
